Rally Digital ("Rally Digital," "we," "us") is a digital marketing and video production company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Rally Digital LLC operates this website, rallydigital.co (the "Site").

02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, sign up for emails, or email us directly, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- your name, email address, and phone number
- your business name, website, and industry
- anything you write in a message or form, like your goals or budget
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on IP address. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking).
Information from client work. When a business hires us, we may access its ad accounts, analytics, email lists, or customer data to do the work. We handle that data on the client's behalf and only to provide our services, under our agreement with that client. If you're a customer of one of our clients, that client's privacy policy explains how your information is used.
03How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
- provide, manage, and report on services for our clients
- send emails you've signed up for (you can unsubscribe any time)
- understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
- measure and improve our own advertising
- protect the Site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
We don't sell your personal information.
04Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar tools to keep it working, remember preferences, and understand traffic. These may include:
- Essential cookies from our website platform, Squarespace, that make the Site function.
- Analytics, such as Squarespace Analytics or Google Analytics, to see which pages people visit and how they found us.
- Advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags, to measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who've visited the Site.

If you opt in to texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here. That includes responding to you, providing services, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.

- ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email hello@rallydigital.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights.
09Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10Children's privacy
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, including client sites and video platforms like YouTube. We aren't responsible for how those sites handle your information, so review their privacy policies.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted here before they take effect.
